Angel and his team did outstanding work! Angel worked with us every step of the way to ensure we got all the applicable permits, etc. We got our chimney repaired that was the source of the leak in our bedroom and replaced our entire roof that was over 23 yrs old, and got our gutters replaced. He even removed and put back my solar panels when replacing my roof. The price was fair and the quality of the material was fair considering the quality and outstanding professional service provided. Also, when all the work was done, Angel noticed one of my shutters was missing and when i mentioned it was in my garage, he offered to come by the next day on their own time and install it for me!! Talk about great customer service!! I would highly recommend Nice Shingles to all my neighbors when asked about my lovely roof! ~ Wanda R

I called Angel a few months ago after a tree hit my house during an ice storm. He came by and gave me a precise estimate to fix the damage to the back portion of my roof and the damaged siding. A few days later his crew began fixing everything. The temperature was freezing but the men continue working throughout the two days to get the damages repaired and replaced. They were pleasant and you can tell they enjoyed their work (they literally were whistling while working in below freezing temperatures). When the job was completed I was amazed how beautiful everything looked. They also cleaned all the debris that was left over from the job. I highly recommend Angel and his team for any of your roofing needs. They are a professional, detailed oriented team that will fulfill all their promises. You will not be disappointed. ~ anthony d

Nice Shingles went above and beyond what we expected. They crew was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. They trimmed trees hanging over the roof, inspected and found undetected damage and gave us a very fair price to replace a skylight in addition to the initial repair for a leak. Had they not taken the time to do that we would have been in need of a roofer in no time. Thank you Angel and your crew for a job well done at an affordable price. So refreshing to find contractors/roofers who aren't all about the money. They even changed their schedule around to accommodate us asap. We had a 28 year old roof replaced. Team showed up on time and installed the roof and skylight in 5 hours. Clean up and professionalism was stellar. Angel explained the process and gave great feedback on any questions we had. I highly recommend this company. We had siding installed In June of 2023. The installation included new gutters,soffit and trim. The transformation was incredible. The old siding was fadded and stained. In addition the house was not wrapped by the builder. Angel worked with us to select colors and siding style. In addition he provided us an R rated wrap(insulation) option to provide energy efficiency. Job was completed with expertise and in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this company great Job ~ Denise J

Did a very nice job. Quick to see us as well. Other companies took weeks to respond back or did not show up. Very quick, left items day before then completed the roof installation with new gutters in one day and picked up after all the debris. Everything explained thoroughly. Can hardly hear when it’s raining now. Also helped us get power wash and removed years of moss off the siding. It was pricey however for same amount as another quote we got complete new roof no putting it over old material, new skylights, and brand new gutters with leaf guards we never had before and able to pay with a low monthly finance loan. Now our other neighbors are all using them too! Will update over next few years if any issues! ~ Erica M

Angel came out to provide my estimate. He was on time and very professional with great communication. Did not pressure me or try to persuade me in anyway. I called to add gutters to my project and they mailed me color samples and made the entire process easy and smooth. They gave me a fair and reasonable estimate that beat the competition that I had give estimates. Nice Shingles wasn't the cheapest option I found, but they gave me the best deal for my money, and the quality of the work matches the price. The work was completed in a day and a half as promised with no unexpected costs. The crew that did the install were all polite and friendly. They took care of all the clean up, beyond what I was expecting them to do. I would definitely recommend them to any friends and family needing a roofing project. Owner Angel Pineda demonstrated the professionalism of Nice Shingles from the start. His communication was outstanding before, during and after the project, as he was responsive to our many inquiries. Angel’s team arrived as scheduled, and was totally focused and workmanlike. It was like special forces were taking on our roof “on a mission.” Nice Shingles had outstanding technology and tools to get the job done and to communicate with us the homeowners. Given all the debris that came off our old roof their cleanup was amazing. But the deal was made because his price was so so much better than his competition. I was looking for someone to do a complete redo of my 30 plus year old siding, fascia, soffits, etc. I also wanted new gutters with gutter guards. After some searching I reached out to Angel for an estimate. He delivered the highest quality and most detailed estimate I have ever seen from anyone. He was very easygoing as my wife and I requested several samples of colors and he helped us make a great choice on the colors for our sidings and gutters. His team was professional and incredibly hard working. They worked all day in cold temps and were careful with my property and house. The best roofing company out there. Excellent pricing, highly professional team, from tearoff to completed install using High Quality Owens Corning roofing systems, with 130 MPH wind resistant Duration shingles, in which they are a certified installer. Angel and his team are absolutely the best. You don’t lose an arm and a leg with this outfit. Pricing was great. What’s even better, their Totally Honest with full warranties. You’d have to be nuts for not using them. BB bureau reports are excellent, as well as Angie’s list. Already have received numerous compliments on my roof. We had a leak in our roof that required emergency repair. We left several messages with other companies before calling Angel. He answered the call and met us in a few hours. He diagnosed the problem and told us the best way to repair it. My husband and I decided we would like to get a new roof instead. Angel and crew fit us into the schedule and the job was completed. He was in constant communication the whole time, answering all questions and updating us with pictures throughout the process. Nice Shingles Roofing and Exteriors deserves two big thumbs up! The owner Angel was terrific to work with throughout the whole process. Our roof sustained storm damage after a tree fell on it. Angel is reliable, responsible, polite and professional. He followed through on everything he said he would do. We needed an entire roof rip off and replacement. We also needed damaged gutters replaced from where the tree hit the house. His price and warranty were unsurpassed. The work was done quickly, efficiently and with a thorough clean up after the job was done. Angel had the job documented with photos so that we could actually see close up (without actually going on the roof) all that was being done. My wife and I were looking to repair some shingles that fell off our roof. The people who came to inspect the roof from a well known referral website both wanted to replace the entire roof for over $15,000. Angel came, inspected the room and gave us a quote to repair at a fraction of the cost and advised us that our roof should be good for close to 10 years. He found an issue of which we were not aware and took pictures of it. He came the next day and made the necessary repairs. I did not have the pleasure of meeting him, but he definitely impressed my wife, who is extremely conservative in her assessments of people. ~ Gareth H

After having so lots folks flake or change schedules on us in the past, it was such a relief to work with Angel, who was thoughtful and professional in every interaction, from quote to clean up. Nice Roof Co. Did a fantastic job with replacing my roof. Prices were vary fair and reasonable for the area. Even with multiple quotes with other companies. They corrected a terrible roof extension a previous owner of the house did. Looks much better now. The work began promptly when they got the job. When bad wind and rain happened overnight and some water got in (absolutely not to the fault of the crew, precautions were taken) and caused some paint in a bedroom to peel, they promptly inspected and repaired it thoroughly. Angel and his team were amazing. Angel was easy to communicate and we worked around the dates to make sure it was in perfect condition. Also, I saw an issue in the ceiling, and Angel had no issues showing up and checking if there was any issues with the new roof. Fortunately, I confirmed it was the AC pipe that was leaking and it was clogged. So it had nothing to do with the new roof, but the fact that he was able to show up and check talked about how much he cares about the customer even after the job is done. ~ Ruthlessly

After frustration of no returned calls, appts made and not kept even one guy who came by, said hed do my small repair then never showed and ignored my calls and texts i found Nice Shingles- returned call in 16 minutes, very polite and professional, Angel was spot on time, discussed and explained everything ,even for a small job and quoted a very readonable price. Learning that your roof is in need of repair in the midst of a pandemic can be extremely stress producing. Fortunately, I learned of Nice Shingles. They came out and arrived on time to give me an estimate. They sent it via email in writing. They were extremely cordial and their customer service is top notch.
